Re: New poll question available
I'm not for sure how you would deal with that other than banning them. I would really hate that if that's what you decide but I completely understand it if they are causing thousands of dollars in losses. I've noticed as well that their customer support has always said they are not responsible for a...

Re: New poll question available
I find it amusing that the previous two posts both mention mining bots that use nicehash for their hashrates. Last I checked using bots on this pool was illegal. You were only allowed to either use autopool or manually select coins. But I am still of the opinion that its the cherry-picking bots tha...

Re: New poll question available
Steve, This would affect me as my mining bot uses NiceHash. I wouldn't be able to mine here anymore so I don't think this is a good idea to ban them. I don't know how they could have affected the pool (other than a block withholding attack) so interested to hear more about that when details are avai...

Re: Why NiceHash is bad for prohashing.
Banning NH doesn't make any sense. The NH renters will just mine the same coin on another pool and the profitability on PH will still go down no matter what pool they are on. Profitability is mainly a coin's difficulty and exchange rate so if another pool finds more blocks PH still goes down regardl...

Re: No ETH Payout
I apologize for this issue. We don't expect to be able to send ETH until this evening because of the DDoS UDP floods. ETH is the only coin that requires UDP to find peers. Since we didn't meet the one day promise, we'll see what we can do for affected customers depending on exchange rates whenever ...

No ETH Payout
Steve/Chris,
I still haven't received my ETH payout that was supposed to be sent over a day ago. Can I please get a status update? The transaction didn't go through and I am losing money because it hasn't been sent.

Re: Investigating lower earnings
Chris seems to have an idea of what might have happened. Since all of our time has been consumed by responding to the attacks and customer service requests, we have had to deprioritize the addition of new coins, discovery of new markets, and coin discontinuation. Coins tend to come and go, and new ...

Re: Investigating lower earnings
Hi Everyone, I've received multiple reports that earnings are lower than expected, and I want to investigate and fix it tonight. There are so many things that could cause this issue that I need the community to help me narrow down what could be causing it. Therefore, I would like help with three qu...

Re: Email Support
So you are the NH bot guy, dude lower your bots hash request. your bots always take all hashrate and make unable the mining for everyone. You think nicehash its only for you but theres a lot of people using the service Not me. I don't know who that is but I fight with them all of the time as well. ...
