Thanks for the support. Longpolling was already enabled but by changing scantime to 1, the "Pool 0 is issuing work for an old block" message was minimized. I also have seen a 25 percent increase in my hashrate.

Gentlemen, I seem to be getting quite a lot of Pool 0 is issuing work for an old block messages. I am using BFG miner 5.1/64 bit with zeusminer. On other pools I do not seem to have the issue.
