Thanks for the tip. I'll try that for now.

Hopefully they'll get around to making this feature more useful some day.

Re: Hashrate notifications frequent and unhelpful

I'm letting the pool set the difficulty, which seems like the right thing to do. Note that I just got another notification. That's 5 in 7 hours. At that rate, I'm on track to receive 17 useless notification emails today. At this stage, I'm just going to turn them off. Of course I have to wait till t...

Hashrate notifications frequent and unhelpful

I've been mining for a couple of months on ProHashing with a single L3+. I enabled hashrate notifications in the hope that it would tell me when there is a problem. The issue is that I get notifications all the time when there are no actual problems. For example, I've had 4 notifications today since...

Re: Update on the pool downtime

I can see the main site now. Looks like there's a tweet that I didn't see rcommending purging the DNS cache. I didn't see that before. Maybe my problem earlier was a stale DNS entry? Anyway, looks like you guys are back. Good work! I know that this stuff is hard. I think that some services don't up...

Re: Update on the pool downtime

I can't get to the main prohashing.com site. Still shows as server unavailable. But when I use one of those sites that double checks availability, it says the site is live: http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/prohashing.com Maybe there's a routing problem where the site is working for some locations ...

Re: 20% rejects with Zeus Thunder X3 and bfgminer

Minera is still reporting a high number of rejects (15.7%). Nothing obvious is jumping out in the log, but here are a few snippets: [2015-08-28 06:22:29] Accepted 0002dec7 ZUS 0bjy pool 0 Diff 348m/125m [2015-08-28 06:22:31] 20s:23.17 avg:21.54 u:22.60 Mh/s | A:7067 R:1416+122(6.4%) HW:545/5.8% [201...

Re: 20% rejects with Zeus Thunder X3 and bfgminer

Looks like the system won't let me send a PM.

Maybe I should just use the "Contact Us" link to send the information to an administrator?

Re: 20% rejects with Zeus Thunder X3 and bfgminer

kires, are you there? I remember that there was a catch with using bfgminer and people had better results with cgminer. You can try that, but I still want to figure out what your exact problem is. I want to review the database to see the cause of your rejected shares. I'll assume that your username...
