Not exactly missing shares, more like missing jobs. I could connect my miners with no problem but they didn't receive anything to do for the time the website was down. It would help to know which mining software you're using. But generally if you have the drivers and they are being recognized by the computer, you need to find the COM port numbers in device manager under ports and in the bat file you initialize each device by specifying the com port, clock frequen...

I was able to login using email as username. Also use this for nick to send the email too.

We can't make new accounts, it says accounts already exist for email and the forgot password link isn't sending a link.

I am having this same issue as well. If I try to login to create a support ticket it says my username and pass are incorrect. If I try to the forgot password link I don't get the email, if I try to sign up for account it says an account already exists.

Was able to access it on another PC, also using a VPN, so i think somehow I got my IP blacklisted with too many login attempts, however I did log in so don't need anything reset. Will my ip automatically unblock? Or? You should submit a support ticket, and Chris will be able to look into this issue...
