While this is happening, go to your miners control panel, then to the network tab, then to the diagnostics tab. Then throw in prohashing.com into the middle box and hit 'Traceroute' - then paste the results here if you need help deciphering them. Just an idea... maybe we'll find that you cant actual...

I'm still plagued by ~5-10% lost shares due to this result: Both primary and merge mined shares are stale I'm using a static difficulty (but high enough where its not being ignored) and also a minimum network difficulty of 3. Is there any news on what is causing it and when it may be fixed? Thanks.

I have this same problem. I had to turn the alarm all the way down to 1 mhs, and even then I still get some false positives.
