Connect to your miner IP, click on miner status, and it should show you the speed of your miner, and if you have any hash boards not working. If you see any “x” then you have some damaged hash boards, if you see “o” then your fine. I find sometimes my speed is slower than what it shows on your miner...

question about the power password argument- I have Four (4) L3+ 800watts each. Each miner I worte “p=0.07 w=800” each miner. Would that mean the interface calculates my cost at 3200watts total? Or do I need to write “p=0.07 w=3200” in all four?
