Have been mining for a while and there is no payment received to my wallet

Has been ignored I see

For the past 3 days one of my miners is not connecting and it is on a constant 4600 ms delay
Even when it connects the delay to the server is the same
Is this normal???????

looks like my earnings are stuck at a given level.Even so shows increase of 20cents in 20 sec,suddenly will drop back the same amount it earned,.Has been going on for the past 30 min

I am Mining X11 for dash with two miners at 36ghash/sec but most of the time the miners are disconnecting and recommitting.
Latency goes as high as 4000ms!!!!!,than reconnects at 60 ms.
Why this is happening??
