Re: stratum servers off and on?

I see Ziggy. Yes, I have backup pools set on all the miners of course, as you stated a few of my miners were held 'hostage' until I did a manual reboot. In terms of your 10-15% profits, when we switched over to f2pool for a few days they were roughly the exact same payout as we got with PH.. with th...

Re: stratum servers off and on?

Yeah, woke up to notifications on my backup pool saying miner offline etc so I knew some shit happened with the servers overnight. Somehow all the switching of servers caused two of my S9s to just stay on at idle, hashing nothing but connected to Prohashing. Was like this for serveral hours. They pu...

Re: Ethereum Payouts

Don't want to burn any bridges and be blacklisted by you guys in the future, so we pointed hash power back today to pay off the debt. Understandable how issues will arise with payouts and such when running a mining pool, glad you guys are atleast fixing the issues we were having.

Best,

Re: Ethereum Payouts

the people kicking up a stink over this is confusing me... if your employer over pays you one biweekly payment due to an hour entry error, your guaranteed it will be taken off your next paycheck. you dont get free money for free and not have to give back whats in error. doing so is called theft, es...

Re: Ethereum Payouts

We have no problem paying back a mistake caused, as we know the expense would be greater to you versus other pools. However, a forum post doesn't suffice in my opinion as doing your due diligence to inform ALL customers of this issue. I am curious as to why you didn't send a simple email to our acco...

Re: Ethereum Payouts

The issue I have is how you didn't describe what happened in detail, nor inform the customer of your mistake. Instead, you put a debt on their account with no communication at all. You provide a service as a mining pool. Whatever bug in your system is what caused this. We received no email about thi...

Ethereum Payouts

Anyone else have payout issues consistently with Ethereum on Prohashing? It seem's they are sending the bare minimum gas fee's which causes the transactions to to get stuck. Can PH not increase the gwei amount to prevent this from consistently happening? I usually send with 40 gwei, not 3. The savin...
