Re: PPLNS Share Reset?
OK, maybe I just don't understand PPLNS mining, but someone please set me straight. I've got my little Apollo BTC chugging away at Bitcoin PPLNS, and had my estimated share of earnings approaching a whopping 0.003 BTC! This morning I check in, and now my estimated share is whacked all the way down ...

Re: Merge Mined Coins in PPLNS/Solo
The merge mined coins get paid out in small amounts as if you're mining in FPPS mode, and they are done according to your payout proportions. So even though I'm mining PPLNS for BTC, I'm still seeing SOME benefit to that mining, even while we wait to find our first block. Excellent. Thanks for the ...

Merge Mined Coins in PPLNS/Solo
Stupid question that doesn't seem clear in the documentation. What happens to the merge mined coins you pick up in PPLNS/Solo modes? I see that at least in solo for sure, you're credited for them, but how exactly? Do you get the specific coins dumped into that coin's bucket in your ProHashing accoun...

Re: Bitcoin PPLNS Questions
Hey all: Just grabbed a new FutureBit Apollo BTC after waiting 6 months for delivery. FPPS is negative profitability right now with the coin prices in the tank, so I thought I'd do PPLNS with Bitcoin to try it out. I wanted to see if I understand this correctly. I've watched the video on PPLNS, and...

Re: Bitcoin PPLNS Questions
There have never been any PPLNS blocks of bitcoins mined. However, the pool has found many bitcoin blocks in FPPS mode over the years, but hasn't found any recently because FPPS bitcoin mining is only available to trusted miners right now. Thanks for the confirmation. Two more questions then. One, ...

Re: Check out our test forums site!
I agree with MaVerick, functionality is fine, but the colors are a little odd, would prefer a straight "dark mode" if that's possible with a black background. I understand the branding, but typically forums are more for people already in the pool and having display options would be nice. ...

Re: Futurebit Apollo BTC
I just got mine last week. It's currently unprofitable from an FPPS perspective, so I've plugged it in for PPLNS mining. Hoping we actually find a block so I can see how profitable it may be.
