Problem with mining scrypt

Hey there,

I am new to cryptocurrency mining and I joined PH several hours ago. I have a L3+ that arrived last month. I just set it only with a=scrypt and n=username. After that the miner was connected to the pool, changed currencies several times, but still this is all I get and nothing else:

While writing this post, I refreshed the website and my Live worker status changed to 0 and after some time again to 1 but with no visible change and progress.

In my worker history the Accepted hashrate hasn't moved above 0.

Before I changed to PH, I was in Litecoinpool.org with PH my back up pool. On 2 occasions my primary pool had issues and there was registered activity in PH.

I will appreciate any advise to fix the problem.

P.S. The issue is definitely NOT the internet connection, because I have a S9 as well that is mining without any problems

Hi MarteNSBOP, and welcome to the cryptocurrency mining community and to PH!

PH does not require you to declare a=scrypt as it is the default algo! You need only to declare X11 if you use a D3 miner for example.
To mine with PH, Simply put these values into your L3+ miner:
URL: prohashing.com:3333
Worker: write your name that you used to register with PH (I guess it is MarteNSBOP)
Password: n=workername (The worker name is just a fantasy name for your miner)

These settings should work without problems.

I entered the correct URL and worker details, but I will recheck them. Also I will delete the a=scrypt.

Sorry for the delayed answer, but I wanted to inspect the miner physically (the miner is not near me) before writing again. It seems the problem is with the miner itself:

After that one day the hashrate dropped to 0. There was no power outage. The miner remained online and connected to the pool but it did not hash. I restarted the miner, changed the PSU with another one that came with my S9 November batch, updated the firmware, reseted the factory settings and nothing happened. I even powered it in a different place with a different router. I also tried connecting to different pools - I connect to all of them, but after I power the miner the hashrate starts from around 500MH and drops to almost 0. After I power the miner the fans start working extremely loud and after that they start working with power way below average mining sound. The red fault light blinks red. In the beginning all the hash boards show only "ooooooooo" but after 15-20 minutes "x" also starts to appear. As I said there were no power outages. The miner is in the same room with a S9 14TH, connected to the same power source and the same internet source and it works fine. I am also attaching pictures, monitor and kernel log.
