Could you describe to me what the error message you receive is when you try to submit a support ticket? Perhaps I can help you figure out how to log in so that we can assign this ticket to Chris.

please note that the support system uses a different set of login username and password credentials.
you have to register them like a new user.

however, if not already taken, you can use the same name as you use at the mining site, and indeed it probably makes sense to use the same name to avoid potential future support confusion.

of course use a different password, ALWAYS use different passwords for EVERY website you register with.

I don't know how to provide the correct information to unblock payments. I filled out Form W-8BEN and submitted it but without success, what should I do?
