Hello, how much profit do you have on your L3 + every day? Is it more difficult to set the difficulty d = 131072?

Profits on L3+ depends on how or what you mine, but atm around 40-45 usd, expect it to get lower.

In most cases we mine in autoswitching mode, with default diff.

I could, but im not sure what it is im supposed to explain? The point to add static difficulty would be that your machine maximise it's average hashing power better on static then automatic, this is not always the case, and depends on several factors. I been running my L3+ on different difficulties and i cant really say it makes any difference, anymore atleast.

in general you put in prohashing.com:3333
and the username for prohashing in miners worker name field. leave password field blank for majority of setups (you can add n=name to have your machine show on webpage).
