LTC payout issue?

Is LTC payout currently experiencing issues? My threshold is 0.3 and my current balance is 0.9. Thanks.

I am experiencing the same issue. I have a balance of 2+ litecoin that will not transfer.

if you can post a picture of the payout coin we might have some more information to work off of.
When did you reach the .3 value? was it sometime AFTER server midnight? (NY, USA EST timezone)
Is there a checkbox on the payout eligible value?
Is there a countdown timer...payout in 1 day 12 hours?

I reached the .3 threshold 2 days ago. For some reason I can't paste an image into the Reply box but here if the information I see:

On the right of the box it says

I would put in a ticket@ support.prohashing.com and ask Constance to take a look at it.
She should be able to unstick it for you and check into what caused the issue, check in a few days after fixed to see if it does it again, if so open that ticket back up.
