Currently I have my entire payout in Litecoin and am mining pps. If I mine coin Digibyte solo, do the coins I accumulate in Digibyte get converted to the equivalent in Litecoin? Thanks.

No. Solo mining pays out only in the coin you are solo mining.

Thanks for the info. So same question, mining Digibyte(using c=Digibyte) but not mining solo. Will the payout only be in Digibyte or will it get converted to equivalent Litecoin? Thanks.

If you are PPS pool mining, using either static c= coin selectable password or just letting the auto switching pool decide what coins to mine, you are then paid out in the coins you have selected in the SETTINGS page using the sliders and percentages.
