Hi,

I got this alert "Apr 1, 2018 12:00:00 PM - Your account has been detected to have abnormally low luck for SHA-256 mining. Payouts have been halted until your luck improves. All balances will be paid when your luck returns to normal."

Currently I have pointed my miner to other pool. Should I point it back to PH for the luck to return to normal? It is a very old Antminer S7.

What should I do because my payouts have been halted since April 1st.

You don't need to do anything. Just continue mining as normal and you'll be paid for both days tomorrow.

Chris made some improvements to this algorithm to resolve these issues faster. They should be released today.

Ive been waiting 5 days for this issue to be resolved but still no payout that whole time, even after i stopped mining sha. Hopefully april 6 upgrade will fix this. My account is shaninium667.

The upgrade isn't related to this issue unfortunately. However, we will be able to make this algorithm even more accurate than it is later this weekend, when we'll have collected the extra data for long enough to make use of it.
